Transparent and fair pricing

We provide affordable tools for everyone while at the same time supporting you to grow. Our software costs are transparent and fair. We don't charge you 'donation processing' or 'transaction' fees on the donations you collect on Impact Stack.

Set-up fee

All our packages come with a one-time set-up fee of £2,000 + VAT. This includes work to import data, configure secure hosting to your preferred URL, train your team and adjust your free theme to match your brand.

Support from the makers of the platform

With all of the plans you get fast and effective first-hand support from the makers of the platform whenever you need it.

All plans include 2 hours of free support every month. If you should require more you can either pay by the hour, or buy a package of support hours at a discounted price.

What does the pricing in higher tiers look like?

The pricing model follows a similar pattern as the contact numbers go up. The next pricing tiers are:

1. <150,000 contacts: £870 / month, 3h support / month
2. <300,000 contacts: £940 / month, 3h support / month
3. <500,000: £1,040 / month, 3h support / month
4. <1 million: £1,210.00 / month, 3h support / month

Does the pricing include VAT?

All pricing listed on this page is excluding VAT. Depending on the country of registration and your tax status you will have to add VAT.

Which options do you offer for payment?

You can pay via bank transfer or via credit card.

When is payment due?

We will invoice you upfront for the entire contract term (every 3 months by default).

What contract terms do you offer?

Impact Stack is available on a 3-month contract term that renews automatically. We offer longer term contracts at a discount.

Can I pay in a different currency?

We have legal entities operating in the UK and the EU, so we can easily accept £ and €. If you prefer to pay in a different currency feel free to get in touch to discuss it.
